On the Cover
Austrian artist Berta Czegka, a passionate skier, had fun with her 1934 poster "St. Anton Arlberg Tirol." She depicted ski-instruction legend Hannes Schneider, pioneer of the Arlberg technique, patiently teaching a beginner glass of adoring but rambunctious snow bunnies on, of course, the bunny hill.
